**Your Responsibilities**
As a Production Leader in this role, you will be responsible for our shell and wax department, which is part of the casting process for superalloys. In this role, you will:
• Lead and develop your team through individual coaching and feedback to enhance each individual's performance.
• Create a positive and safe culture where safety, quality, and collaboration are always at the forefront.
• Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to the organization achieving its goals in personnel, safety, delivery, quality, liquidity, and cost by utilizing and developing Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with other team leaders to achieve the best results for the entire organization.
• Be responsible for the budget and ensure that resources are used effectively.
You will work closely with the Production Manager, to whom you will also report. We view cultural and value work as a central part of the role. Strengthening team collaboration, engagement, and openness is just as important as delivering high quality.
**Your Profile**
We expect you to have previous experience in a similar role as a team lead, production leader, or equivalent within industrial production. Experience in casting is an advantage, but we also believe that the right leadership skills and commitment are equally important.
We believe you:
• Have a technical education/background in the industry.
• Are experienced in leading and developing employees.
• Communicate very well in Swedish and English.
• Have experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies.
• Are motivated by achieving goals and improving processes.
