We are now seeking an experienced and committed Production Manager for a major food company in Linköping. This is a consultant assignment via Consensus that runs until April 2026, with good potential for extension.
In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 25-30 employees in shift-based production. Your mission is to create good conditions for stable and efficient operations, ensuring production flows according to plan with a focus on quality, safety, and well-being.
As Production Manager, you will have a central role in daily operations and work closely with both the team and other support functions.
Work Tasks
• Lead and distribute daily work in the shift
• Ensure production runs according to plan with the right quality and delivery precision
• Ensure compliance with hygiene rules and safety routines
• Create engagement, clarity, and job satisfaction in the team
• Follow up on key performance indicators and contribute to continuous improvements
• Collaborate with maintenance, planning, quality, and logistics for an efficient production flow
Your Profile
• Experience in leadership roles within production, preferably as a Production Manager or Team Leader
• Background in food or FMCG industry is meritorious
• Good understanding of hygiene requirements and food safety
• Confident and clear leader with the ability to inspire and drive work forward
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
