About this role

Are you curious about creating effective and well-balanced production processes? We are now seeking a Production Engineer who is passionate about development, lean principles, and finding smart solutions that make production both efficient and sustainable. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improvements, digitalization, and work methods that make a difference for both product and employees in a forward-looking organization. ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Production Engineer, you will become part of a team with extensive experience, where knowledge exchange and dialogue are a natural part of the work. The team is characterized by a culture of great openness where members support and help each other. In the role of Production Engineer, you will work closely with production and drive improvements and develop work methods and systems. Supported by LEAN principles, you will become a key person in streamlining and optimizing production while ensuring that quality is always maintained. In practice, this means working closely with the operation, analyzing assembly processes to identify improvement areas. You will discuss with colleagues in production to gain their perspective on what works well and what can be improved. You will review the flow of assemblies by analyzing pace and times, and examine staffing to create an efficient flow with sustainable and ergonomic solutions. This is a role where you will use both your technical expertise and your ability to collaborate, listen, and sometimes stand firm when changes provoke reactions. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO: • Have a university or master's degree in mechanical engineering, production, industrial economics, or equivalent field. • Have a good understanding of production flows and processes. • Are fluent in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work. It is meritorious if you: • Have experience working in production or a similar role. • Have knowledge of LEAN. We place great importance on personal suitability and are seeking someone who is confident. You can make decisions and stand by them, while being receptive and valuing others' perspectives. You enjoy collaborating and are happy to contribute ideas, and we appreciate creativity and someone who likes to piece together effective solutions.
