ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Production Engineer, you will lead and develop production improvement projects in close collaboration with production, R&D, and quality teams. You will work on identifying and implementing innovative solutions to manage, standardize, and digitalize processes. The role also involves developing methods that promote a safe work environment, ensure high quality, and drive profitable operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The role involves being a technical expert in production, responsible for leading process improvement work, developing digital solutions, optimizing production lines, and ensuring high quality through training and follow-up.
* Serve as a technical leader for one or more processes and work with the entire process flow
* Follow up and implement quality-improving measures and process improvement work in production
* Produce and compile statistics within production sections and develop monitoring systems
* Train personnel and create instructions to ensure high quality and low scrap value
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Hold a Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering with a focus on production technology
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Have a B driver's license
- Have good knowledge of digital tools, including the Office package and SQL
