About the Role
We are seeking a Production Engineer focused on developing and balancing assembly processes. In this role, you will have a driving position in creating efficient work methods and optimizing production line flow. You will work with systems like Avix for production balancing and contribute to efficiency improvements, digitalization, ergonomic enhancements, and development of working methods using your LEAN knowledge.
You will become part of an engaged team of engineers who collectively are responsible for supporting and developing the assembly process. We work closely together in an open and supportive environment where collaboration, job satisfaction, and continuous improvement are in focus.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and optimize efficient and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Design production layouts and production flows for optimal efficiency.
• Perform tests and analyses to identify and solve production-related problems.
• Develop work methods and balance production lines with a focus on ergonomics and work environment.
• Provide technical support to product development regarding manufacturability and production engineering requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvements, efficiency gains, and digital development within production.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, or alternative post-secondary education combined with relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing development.
• Excellent Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with LEAN, ergonomics, and improvement work is meritorious.
• Experience with systems like Avix or similar is an advantage.
• Previous experience with assembly processes is a plus, but the willingness to learn is equally important.
