Do you want to help develop the production processes of the future? We are now seeking a Production Engineer focused on developing and optimizing production lines for a technologically advanced and forward-looking manufacturing operation.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Production Engineer, you will have a driving role in assembly, responsible for developing work methods and balancing production lines. You will work closely with a dedicated team that supports each other in a dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
With support from LEAN principles, you will contribute to developing processes for increased efficiency, digitalization, and ergonomics, always with employees' work environment in focus. You will become part of an experienced team working closely together and with other functions in an open and supportive environment.
* Develop work methods and efficiently balance production lines
* Work with systems to optimize the entire production process
* Drive efficiency improvements, rationalizations, and digitalization of the assembly process
* Contribute to improvements of the assembly process using LEAN principles
* Develop the production process with a focus on ergonomics and assembly workers' work environment
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have a college or civil engineering degree or other relevant post-secondary education
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- Have an interest in ergonomics and improvement work
It is meritorious if you have
- Good knowledge of LEAN or similar disciplines
- Good knowledge of ergonomics
- Experience in a similar role
