The Job as Production Group Manager
We are now seeking a Production Group Manager for our industrial unit in Gävle. Our industry in Gävle is part of Region Industry, which includes 12 industrial units from Hörby to Överkalix, with a total of approximately 750 employees. This is a first-line management position reporting to the Production Manager. The product portfolio within Region Industry is broad, and the units produce products for several of Sweden's largest companies.
As a Production Group Manager, you are responsible for matching employees with customer assignments and ensuring employee development that leads to employment with another employer. You are responsible for rehabilitation investigations and reducing sick leave, and work to create a good physical, organizational, and social work environment. You actively work to ensure that production within your area of responsibility meets set goals for delivery precision, quality, and efficiency.
You work in line with Samhall's goals, business concept, and policies, contributing to the industrial operations reaching their objectives.
Desired Qualifications:
• Leadership experience with personnel responsibility
• Experience with personnel development
• At least upper secondary education or equivalent knowledge
• Documentation and system proficiency
• Experience in production technology/LEAN is meritorious
• Class B driver's license
