We are now looking for a Production Manager for NOA Mekaniska, a modern mechanical workshop that is one of the leading players in southern Sweden. As Production Manager, you will lead and distribute work for 26 employees in production. The role includes all planning, in close dialogue with planners/preparers. You will also be responsible for development discussions, salary-setting conversations, and creating a good working environment. It is important that you are communicative, humble, and skilled at engaging your employees. If you have the right technical expertise, you may also serve as support for the Production Technical Manager.
