Production Manager at Isolamin in Överkalix
Isolamin is part of Part Group and specializes in industrial construction of modules that are customized and completed at our facilities in Överkalix. Here, we combine extensive experience with technical expertise - something we have built up since our inception in 1973.
The company has a modern production area of 12,000 sqm and specializes in prefabricated residential and hotel modules as well as customized solutions within sandwich panels. Isolamin is an ISO-certified company that utilizes modern digital tools such as Archicad and Inventor in its technical work.
We are now strengthening our organization by adding a Production Manager. We seek an individual capable of playing a crucial role in our next phase of growth alongside our team.
About the Role
As Production Manager at Isolamin, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and developing the daily production operations. You will hold a supervisory role and work closely with the production team.
This position entails accountability for scheduling, resource optimization, and quality assurance – as well as ensuring production targets are met. You will actively work on improving workflows through Lean principles, pacing, and continuous improvement initiatives. We also expect you to contribute with structure, collaboration, and clear leadership.
You will report directly to the site manager.
Responsibilities
· Plan, lead, and allocate daily tasks within production
· Ensure that production adheres to established timelines
· Work on continuous improvement and optimization of production flows (Lean and pacing control)
· Monitor and analyze goals, quality, and production results
· Coach and lead production personnel in daily activities
· Interpret 3D drawings and work with digital tools (e.g., Archicad and Inventor)
· Ensure documentation and quality assurance meet applicable standards
We are looking for someone who
· Has a relevant educational background, for example, in engineering, production, or industry
· Alternatively, you are the right person with a strong desire to learn the trade and possess the technical understanding needed to quickly grasp the work
· Has an interest in technology and IT – we are a company at the forefront of technology and work with modern tools and 3D drawings
· Is confident in a supervisory role and enjoys taking responsibility
· Is structured, curious, and solution-oriented
