Production Manager with Focus on Water and Sewage Infrastructure

We are currently seeking several Production Managers for our Land and Infrastructure district. The district specializes in land development and water and sewage works.
Examples of our current projects include Barkarbystaden and Täby Park. These are extensive and challenging development projects where you will have the opportunity to work on diverse tasks such as water and sewage works, earth and rock excavation, backfilling, ground preparation, and fine grading.
Production Manager Role
As a Production Manager, you will have overall responsibility for production and progress in our construction assignments. You will plan, lead, and follow up the entire construction process, from establishment to final inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive production with your team, focusing on resource optimization
- Coordinate and align work to achieve project goals
- Ensure effective project communication
- Monitor financial aspects: revenues, costs, change orders, and forecasts
- Collaborate closely with clients and build long-term relationships
- Establish and update project plans for structured production
- Contribute to workplace development and continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Production/Site Manager for land and infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in land and infrastructure projects
Advantageous experience includes:
- Previous work as a team leader or skilled worker
- Specialization in water and sewage infrastructure
- Construction-related education (e.g., civil engineering degree)
Job Requirements:
- Valid B driver's license
- Good IT skills
- Digital project management experience
- Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
- Additional language skills are a plus
