About the Operation
Kiruna Malmförädlingen's mission is to refine ore from mine to finished product. The main parts of the process are sorting, enriching, and pelletizing. The department consists of eight sections, four of which are part of the main process and the other four are support sections for quality, technical and process development, material processes, and maintenance.
Your Role
As Production Manager, a first-line manager, you'll have overall responsibility for leading, coordinating, and developing our Electricity & Automation group. You'll become a key person supporting and engaging your employees in daily work. The group consists of skilled automation technicians working with both corrective and preventive maintenance in electricity and automation.

Requirements:
- Approved high school diploma; education in electricity & automation (post-secondary education is meritorious)
- Leadership or management experience is meritorious
- Knowledge of industry and processes is meritorious
- B driver's license
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
