We are seeking someone who is driven to work in a fast-paced production environment with a strong pace of development.
As a Production Manager with us, you will play a central role in leading, developing, and future-proofing our operations, from strategic decision-making to active participation in daily operations.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are on an exciting journey of development where we invest in both employees and technology to meet future demands for capacity and competitiveness. As a Production Manager, you are a key person in this journey. You will be responsible for the entire production area, including maintenance and development, with a focus on creating effective collaboration between production, development, and maintenance. Full cost responsibility is included in the role. Your focus will be on safety, quality, and productivity.
You will lead an engaged team consisting of:
- Five Flow Managers
- One Maintenance Manager
- One Development Manager
- One Improvement Coordinator
- Three Team Leaders
The role also includes being an active member of the site's management team, where you contribute to the overall strategy and drive cross-functional initiatives and projects.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead and develop production towards set goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Ensure efficiency and engagement through inclusive and clear leadership
- Lead improvement work and development of processes and technology
- Lead and develop preventive maintenance
- Analyze and understand the income statement and relevant key figures that affect revenues and costs
- Build strong networks within both the site and the corporation
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
We are looking for someone who has:
- A relevant academic degree, preferably in engineering, production, or industrial economics
- Several years of leadership experience in an industrial environment
- Documented experience in driving change and improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
