About the Position As a Production Planner, you are responsible for translating customer orders and design documentation into complete, quality-assured, and traceable manufacturing documentation. You will function as a crucial link between sales, design, planning, purchasing, and production – focusing on accurate item structures, operations, times, material flows, and documentation. You will work closely with production management and planners to create clear and efficient preparations that support production, and actively contribute to developing and improving workflows. Example Tasks: - Prepare operations (picking, welding, grinding, etc.) in the correct manufacturing sequence and ensure compliance with preparation plan requirements. - Enter capacity and time estimates in the business system (Monitor ERP). - Register manufacturing orders and create work folders with necessary documentation. - Perform self-inspection and preparation review. - Follow up and improve standard operation times for increased planning precision. - Participate in decisions about manufacturing or purchasing of items together with the production manager. In the role, you will also report deviations and improvement suggestions to design in case of errors in drawings or documentation. A critical part of the position is ensuring communication and information flow between design, production, and quality. Who Are We Looking For?
