You will learn the craft step by step – from formwork and reinforcement to casting and finished walls. Many who start here eventually take on more responsibility and grow into team leaders or other roles within the company. About the Factory – Falkenberg In Falkenberg, craftsmanship meets warmth. Here, we are over 60 colleagues producing concrete elements for multi-family housing – from interior walls and exterior walls to balcony slabs and columns, often with finished surfaces and windows.
