We are now seeking an experienced and committed Production Manager who wants to drive our housing projects forward. With a focus on profitability, sustainability, and inclusive leadership.
Your assignment will include:
- Leading projects according to Skanska's values, policies, and guidelines
- Ensuring profitability through active financial management in production
- Driving the project efficiently towards set goals, budget, and timeline
- Coaching and developing your employees to create engagement and participation
- Working systematically with resource and time planning, work preparations, and documentation
- Ensuring that work is performed with the highest focus on safety, work environment, and sustainability

You are a secure and inclusive leader who sees the individual and builds strong relationships. You are curious, driven, and have a strong will to develop together with your team. You have a genuine interest in production and are motivated by achieving results - both in terms of profitability and team well-being.
For this role, you need:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Production or Site Manager in housing construction
- University/college education (or equivalent knowledge through work experience)
- Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Good ability to work in collaborative projects
- Familiarity with digital tools such as MS Office
- B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Construction Industry standard agreements, such as AB, AB-U, AB-T, ABT-U, ABM, and regulations PBL, BBR
- Leadership training is meritorious
