About the Role

As a Production and Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring our machines and facilities operate optimally. You'll plan maintenance, handle urgent interventions during machine failures, and liaise with suppliers and external service partners. The role is varied and requires both structure and flexibility – perfect for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and finding solutions.
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
• High school education in industry, electronics, vehicle technology, or equivalent
• Experience in machine maintenance (punching, fiber laser, press brake, or panel bending)
• Mechanical or electrical competence
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Class B driver's license
Experience with control technology, welding, project management, and property maintenance is meritorious.
Personal Characteristics
You are self-motivated, structured, and have a good sense of order. You enjoy planning but remain flexible when the day doesn't go as expected. You thrive on collaboration, building good relationships, and share our values of equality and diversity.
