**Product Manager – Driving Growth through New Product Areas** Are you a business-driven product manager passionate about creating customer value – from idea to launched product? Habo Gruppen is facing an exciting development step – we are broadening our offering and are now looking for someone who wants to take full responsibility for building and developing a new product area with strong potential. **Your Role – From Idea to Shelf** As a Product Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for developing, launching, and optimizing one or more product segments. You will work closely with purchasing, sales, and marketing – and will be the person who drives the assortment strategy, product development, pricing, and launch plans. This is a key role with significant authority and impact – both on the business and our future position in the market. You will report to the Assortment Manager. **Examples of Responsibilities:** - Develop a roadmap and business strategy for a new product area - Identify customer and market needs, and initiate new product ideas - Drive product development projects – from concept to finished product - Establish and develop supplier collaborations (globally and locally) - Ensure correct pricing, positioning, and materials for retail and online - Support the sales organization with product knowledge and launch assistance - Monitor profitability and assortment performance **Why Habo Gruppen?** We are a company with clear goals, a strong culture, and a short path from idea to decision. We would like you to have: - Experience in product or category management within technology, construction, bathrooms, plumbing, or related fields - The ability to understand technical products and translate customer needs into appropriate solutions - Experience working with product data, pricing strategy, and assortment analysis - Business drive, a sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented mindset - Education in engineering, marketing, or similar - Good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken - A valid driver's license (B class) 📩 Apply today!
