Together, we will get Sweden to work. Do you want to be one of us? Department Mission The department has overall responsibility for digital support systems for the authority. Together with the authority's support functions, the department drives business development towards a more digital support operation. Job Description We are seeking a senior and proactive product owner with a focus on ServiceNow who wants to take clear ownership of our internal control product. You will lead development, operations, and further development in close collaboration with the product manager and our development teams. Your leadership is central as you drive daily work towards a common vision and create engagement among both teams and stakeholders. You will plan and lead work according to SAFe, be responsible for central agile ceremonies, and ensure that our applications comply with laws, regulations, and the authority's design principles. The role also involves monitoring the external environment, operational follow-up (incident, problem, change, release, configuration), and leading efforts during errors and incidents. You will collaborate closely with the business and build strong relationships with internal and external parties. In coordination with other product owners, you will ensure good coordination between related workflows. As a support and leader for developers, you will contribute to a productive and safe working environment. This role is suitable for someone who is action-oriented, communicative, and has a strong interest in technology. Our Offer The position is a permanent full-time employment that may begin with a six-month probationary period. The work location is Östersund, Härnösand, or Solna. Basic Requirements for the Position - At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role with agile technical product development focused on ServiceNow - Relevant post-secondary technical education in fields such as computer engineering, systems science, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer - Current experience in operational application responsibility including development, operations, follow-up, management, and decommissioning - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Additional Qualifications for the Position - Current experience in managing control processes - Current experience working in SAFe methodology with agile development trains, SCRUM, and Jira - Current experience in project management, technical workshops, and solution-oriented cross-functional collaboration - Current experience working within a government authority The government’s core values guide us in our daily work.
