IT Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner in Data, Analytics, and AI for an organization within public transportation and urban planning. This is a consulting assignment. The service scope can vary between 60 and 100 percent depending on project needs. The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which requires significant flexibility and collaboration skills. The Assignment The role involves driving development within the data, analytics, and AI area as a senior product owner, project manager, and activity leader. The person is expected to work independently while maintaining a strong focus on collaboration and coordination. The assignment encompasses both strategic and operational aspects, with the goal of further developing the area by leading initiatives, establishing processes, and creating effective working methods in a complex and dynamic organization. Work Tasks Requirements analysis Coordinate and document process development and routines Coordination of larger initiatives involving multiple teams Drive and coordinate various activities to support product owner colleagues Product owner responsibility based on ongoing restructuring of product owner areas and teams Business dialogue, prioritization, and other standard product owner tasks Coordinate and lead larger and smaller projects and activities as needed Together with other product owners and teams, translate business needs into technical prerequisites Collaborate within the team, between teams, and with other IT functions Contribute to knowledge sharing within the group Requirements (NOTE, mandatory) Fluent Swedish in speech and writing At least six years of professional experience in product management/technical project management for organization-wide BI and data analysis solutions At least three years of professional experience as a Product Owner in Data & Analytics At least one documented assignment including implementation of a new cloud-based Data & Analytics platform At least two documented assignments leading development work in Data & Analytics using agile methodologies At least one assignment where change management was a central part of the work At least three years of experience collecting and analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and initiating development activities in Data & Analytics At least one assignment involving recurring facilitation of backlog prioritization with the business At least one year of professional experience as a product owner or product manager of AI solutions, focusing on requirements, prioritization, and coordination between technology and business At least one documented assignment in the Data & Analytics area in the public sector At least one documented assignment in larger organizations where actively contributing to portfolio processes, including initiative prioritization and funding assurance Meritorious At least three years of experience in assignments where change management was a central part of the work At least two years of experience in the public sector At least five years of experience working in an IT organization as a Product Owner/Project Manager Personal Qualities High team spirit and good collaboration skills Communicative and relationship-building Promotes transparency and good collaboration within and outside the team Structured and organized in both personal and team work Self-driven with the ability to determine when support is needed Solution-focused and analytical Holistic-oriented with the ability to understand different roles and product area conditions Takes responsibility for managing their work Flexible, curious, and humble Proactive and committed Good ability to contribute to a positive and open team climate About Us Centio's overall goal is to be a consulting company offering smart and sustainable solutions that develop society in a positive way.
