Job Description
As a Product Owner in Marketing and Business Development, you have overall responsibility for leading initiatives that develop our digital services and offerings according to our service development process. You will collect and analyze insights that form the basis for further development of our offerings, both externally and internally. You will ensure that the product area's strategic roadmap meets the company's goals and market needs, and that experiences and feedback are integrated into a continuous improvement cycle.
Furthermore, you are responsible for formulating requirements and breaking down needs into clear epics/features so that IT development teams can work under their best conditions and experience changes as positive and well-coordinated.
Primary Work Tasks:
* Lead initiatives for developing our digital services based on customer needs, data insights, and business benefits
* Take a leading role in the early phases of the service development process - with feasibility studies, needs analysis, and decision-making basis
* Formulate needs and requirements in collaboration with IT and development teams (Epics, features, use cases) and create understanding around priorities
* Contribute to developing and refining our service development process
* Be a catalyst for collaboration and create coherence in a complex ecosystem of stakeholders
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with a strategic business sense who thrives in the role between technology, business, and customer. You are accustomed to driving initiatives both long-term and short-term and can navigate complex stakeholder environments that require both structure and finesse.
We are looking for someone who has:
* At least 8 years of experience working with requirements for system and app development
* Experience in the product owner role and good competence in agile methods
* Previous experience with service development and data-driven approaches
* Ability to map needs in external customer journeys and translate insights and feedback into concrete activities and priorities
* Academic degree in a relevant field for the position
Personality-wise, we are seeking someone who is strategic and analytical but also proactive and communicative. You thrive in change, create engagement, and contribute to consensus where different interests need to be balanced. To succeed in the role, you are curious, goal-oriented, relationship-building, and humble and confident in the role of product owner.
