Production Program Manager

Your Role As Program Manager, you will have a comprehensive overview of our overall commitments. You will have a crucial interface with other program/contract functions within Saab, as well as with our customers. You will have full responsibility for finance, schedule, scope and delivery, as well as management of stakeholders, changes, and risks. You will become part of Fighter Production and the Management Office area. We are in an expansive phase where we are increasing our production capacity and strengthening our capabilities. Your Profile We are seeking an experienced leader with personal drive and commitment. You are social, communicative, and understand the importance of good collaboration. Furthermore, you are efficient, structured, and have the ability to see the big picture while understanding details when required. You are a networking person who easily creates and maintains relationships and trust over time, both internally and externally. The customer sometimes works when we are off, and you need to be prepared for this. Moreover, customer focus and a willingness to understand customer needs and expectations to comprehend how Saab needs to act are important. We would particularly appreciate if you: * Have a good understanding of how we conduct development and production at Saab * Have experience leading complex projects in a dynamic environment * Have strong economic understanding and are business-oriented * Can communicate clearly in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing * Are a good presenter and comfortable presenting in English Previous experience with contract responsibility is meritorious. The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security protection regulations.
