Production Planner - Planning Role in Manufacturing and Logistics

Description Are you interested in working in a coordinating and analytical role where you contribute to efficient production flows? We are now seeking a Production Planner for an assignment with one of our industrial clients in Fjällbacka. Here you will have the opportunity to work closely with production and take responsibility for planning, order management, and logistics in an international environment. This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by us and hired out to the client. The assignment starts on November 17, 2025, and runs until May 29, 2026. Work Tasks • Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure delivery precision. • Manage customer orders and coordinate between production, purchasing, and logistics. • Order and follow up on materials and raw materials to avoid shortages and overstocking. • Communicate with suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth flows. • Work on optimization of inventory, flows, and processes within the supply chain. • Contribute to improvement work and ensure compliance with safety routines. • Support colleagues in the planning area and serve as backup when needed. Qualifications Must-Requirements: • Experience in production planning, material management, or supply chain work. • Good understanding of production processes, logistics, and flow optimization. • Very good skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. • Good system proficiency and experience with planning or ERP systems. Meritorious: • Relevant post-secondary education in logistics, industrial economics, or equivalent. • Experience from manufacturing or process industry. • Experience with improvement work according to Lean or similar methods. Terms • Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week. • Location: Fjällbacka, 100% on-site. • Start: November 17, 2025 – May 29, 2026.
