You will lead research and development, product management, and technical support, ensuring that our products are customer-centric, competitive, and optimally balance cost and value. You will analyze the market, compare technological options, and stay constantly updated on new trends and innovations that create competitive advantages. You will work closely with sales to drive market-adapted development and collaborate with our R&D to deliver technical solutions that support the business strategy. By building and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal functions, you will promote collaboration, drive operational excellence, and enable sustainable product development. You will assist the group in further developing the global innovation center located alongside Absolent, which delivers projects to the entire industrial division. You will report to the CEO. **Your Profile** We are looking for someone with a master's degree in engineering, product development, or a related field. You have documented experience in leading product development, research, and product strategy in an international industrial environment and have worked closely with sales and marketing in commercialization. You have experience leading managers and specialist teams and are accustomed to collaborating with global development centers. As a person, you are strategic and results-oriented with the ability to combine long-term goals with clear direction. You are communicative and relationship-building, inspiring and engaging both internal teams and external partners. You have an agile and curious mindset, are confident in your leadership, and are motivated by creating sustainable solutions that make a difference.
