About the Role of Product Specialist As a Product Specialist in the veterinary sector at Triolab, you will be part of a team of four and will be responsible for driving the sales of Triolab's diagnostic products to veterinary clinics within your district. Your work will involve both developing existing customer relationships and identifying and establishing new long-term collaborations. You will support and guide customers throughout the entire process – from initial contact and customer visits to product demonstrations, installations, and training on the instruments. In this role, you will have ongoing dialogue and support from other functions such as service engineers, product managers, and technical specialists to ensure quality and delivery. Travel and overnight stays are part of the job, starting from the office in Stockholm, with the possibility of working from home as needed. Your main responsibilities: • Drive commercial activities and develop both new and existing customer relationships to strengthen Triolab's business in the veterinary sector. • Demonstrate, install, and train customers on diagnostic instruments. • Collaborate closely with your colleagues and suppliers to ensure a qualitative and efficient customer experience. About You We are looking for someone who is a trained veterinarian, animal caretaker, veterinary nurse, biomedical analyst, or equivalent, with at least a couple of years of sales experience. Previous experience with technical products, diagnostic instruments, or in a laboratory environment is an advantage. Since the role involves travel and overnight stays, a B driver's license is required. You possess good system skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. Preferred qualifications for the role: • Experience in sales within the veterinary sector. • Work experience from a laboratory environment in veterinary medicine. • Competence and experience in diagnostics and instruments.
