**Product Specialist Business NXT**

We are now seeking a Product Specialist to strengthen our growth journey with Business NXT. In this role, you will be part of an innovative SaaS company where your expertise in business systems and financial processes will truly make a difference.
**About the Role**
As a Product Specialist, you will be part of our Nordic Customer Experience department and work with the ERP product Business NXT, which is sold, implemented, and supported by our partners. The role involves working across all Nordic countries, but we aim to further strengthen our presence in Sweden and contribute locally. Our work includes training, creating self-service materials, and providing second-line support to our certified partners. The Business NXT team consists of approximately 40 people spread across the Nordic region. Within the team, we have various roles, but we all assist each other in responding to incoming support cases and supporting one another. In addition to your own team and our partners, you will also collaborate closely with our international development department and help shape the future of our products.

**Your Main Responsibilities**
- Manage reported cases from our partners
- Report, document, and follow up on reproducible issues
- Participate in system testing of new versions
- Suggest improvements
- Share knowledge and skills within the team/our company and with our partners
- Actively work on creating posts on our portals for customers and partners
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Someone with a strong interest in ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to nurture customer relationships and provide good service
- Analytical and motivated to tackle more complex issues
- Deep knowledge of accounting and financial reasoning
- A good understanding of inventory and logistics flows
- Ability to communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
- Experience/knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage but not a requirement
