About this role
Professional Galaxy is looking for an experienced Product Owner for our clients' procurement systems Matris and Matris Neo. In this role, the consultant will ensure continuity, quality, and efficient execution of development activities for two of the client’s core diagnostic tools. You will play an essential part in maintaining momentum, coordinating deliveries, and supporting our global service network through stable and high-performing products.
**Your Responsibilities:**
**Product Execution & Continuity**
Maintain and execute the established product roadmap for Matris and Matris Neo during the temporary assignment. Oversee the delivery of planned features, enhancements, and releases according to existing priorities. Ensure that product work adheres to agreed timelines, quality standards, and business expectations.
**Backlog Management & Prioritization**
Maintain and refine the product backlog to reflect current needs, technical considerations, and stakeholder expectations. Translate existing requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint objectives. Respond promptly to issues or changes requiring tactical adjustments in the backlog.
**Stakeholder Coordination**
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout the period. Facilitate ongoing alignment with service operations, diagnostics engineering, market representatives, and other connected product teams. Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and changes effectively to all relevant parties.
**Support for Matris to Matris Neo Transition**
Ensure smooth continuation of ongoing activities related to the Matris to Matris Neo transition. Coordinate with technical teams, user representatives, and markets to maintain readiness and resolve issues as they arise. Support testing, rollout activities, and communication around releases.
**Operational Stability & User Support**
Monitor product performance and user feedback to ensure stable operation of both platforms. Work with developers, support teams, and markets to respond to technical issues, emergent needs, and operational blockers. Contribute to documentation, training material updates, and communication to users regarding new releases.
**Governance & Compliance**
Ensure ongoing compliance with cybersecurity, data governance, and internal process requirements. Support documentation and internal reporting related to ongoing product work.
**Your Profile**
You bring experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or coordinator within digital product development, preferably in a complex technical environment. Experience with diagnostics, vehicle data, workshop systems, or connected services is an advantage. You are structured, proactive, and comfortable driving execution within an established strategic framework. You communicate clearly, handle multiple stakeholders with ease, and enjoy coordinating work between different functions. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a user-oriented mindset are essential.
