OHB Sweden is a leading Swedish supplier of space systems. We develop, build, test, and commission satellites and subsystems for space missions in areas such as communication, earth observation, and space research for institutional and commercial customers both within and outside Europe.
We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the Quality & Product Assurance team to join us at OHB Sweden, a company committed to delivering high-quality solutions in the field of space technology. We are seeking an individual who is interested in working either as a Product Assurance Manager or as a Quality Assurance Manager with us.
The Quality & Product Assurance team within OHB Sweden plans, manages, and executes quality assurance aspects from initial product design, through manufacturing and testing, all the way to delivery.
**Your Role and Responsibilities:**
- Ensure compliance with product and quality standards from design through production and delivery.
- Plan and execute reviews and inspections with suppliers and customers.
- Review and approve project documentation, materials, processes, and EEE components.
- Manage deviations, non-conformance issues, and lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.
- Act as the main contact for quality assurance with customers and suppliers, ensuring continuous improvement of quality management systems.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Experience in Product/Quality Assurance within space or other advanced technology and manufacturing.
- Experience with materials, processes, and EEE reviews.
- University degree (MSc) in Engineering, Electronics, Materials, Quality, or similar.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in English.
