About the Role
As a Product & Application Engineer in our Energy Division, you will provide technical solutions in collaboration with our sales and service teams, focusing on heat transfer products and applications. You will be a key link between our external sales team, customers, and central organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical solutions and support for customer opportunities and quotes
* Assist with technical clarifications and participate in customer meetings
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and claims
* Guide and support parts and service inquiries, including recommending critical spare parts
* Support non-standard order clarifications for the Customer Support team
* Deliver training programs for employees, partners, and customers as a product expert
* Offer technical support to internal teams to ensure customer service excellence
Who you are
* Degree in engineering or equivalent experience in B2B sales (experience with heat exchangers is highly valued)
* Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented
* Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and building internal networks
* Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English (additional languages are a plus)
* Flexible team player, adaptable, and enjoys challenges
