About the role of Process Developer
We are looking for a process developer who wants to work with analysis, structure, and improvement of our working methods within Asset Management. You will play a crucial role in developing and streamlining the process of Planning the electricity network. Here, you will work in a complex organization where technology and processes intersect. You will be a key player in creating more efficient and predictable processes for the future electricity grid.
Your tasks:
• Analyze the current situation, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
• Model and quality assure processes and methodologies
• Ensure that development initiatives are implemented and followed up
• Lead workshops, as well as plan and conduct training during the implementation of changes.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys combining logic, structure, and problem-solving. You are meticulous, methodical, and like to work with processes in technically complex environments.
We see that you have:
• A Master's degree in a technical field
• 3-7 years of experience in process development and/or improvement work
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving activities forward
Meritorious:
• Experience from the energy sector or another technology-intensive industry
• Familiarity with change management in larger organizations
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies
• Experience working with data, metrics, or follow-up structures
