Process Technician/Tool Maintenance at Hammarplast Medical AB, Bredaryd

About the position: We are looking for someone who wants a varied and technically challenging role in tools, maintenance, and process engineering. In this dual role, you will work with both practical tool servicing and process optimization in manufacturing processes, and play an important part in the collaboration between the tool workshop, production, and quality. Your main responsibilities: • Technical problem-solving in production and improvement work • Support for production in injection molding and blow molding • Maintenance, service, and repair of molds • Preventive tool care and documentation of tool status • Manufacturing and customization of tool components • Documentation of completed activities and changes in tools and processes • Collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance to ensure operations • External contact with tool and equipment suppliers • Active participation in process development and production technology efficiency Your profile: We are looking for someone who has: • Experience with injection molding and/or blow molding processes as well as mold tools • A good understanding of production technology, maintenance, and tool care • The ability to read technical drawings and work with precision and structure • Technical curiosity, problem-solving skills, and quality awareness • Good communication skills, both internally and externally • Experience in medical technology production or work in cleanroom environments is a plus.
