**Your Role**
As a process operator at BUBS Godis, Orkla Snacks Sweden, you will have an important and varied role in production. You will work in an automated environment where you monitor and control production flows, ensure high quality, and contribute to efficient operations.
You will be part of a close-knit team where engagement, responsibility, and collaboration are emphasized. The work is shift-based and includes both practical and technical elements in a clean, safe, and modern production environment.
**Your Responsibilities**
As a process operator, you are responsible for ensuring that production operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Orkla's high-quality standards. Your duties include:
* Monitoring and controlling production flows via computerized systems
* Troubleshooting and addressing technical disruptions
* Performing preventive maintenance and simple repairs
* Handling raw materials and finished products according to established routines
* Documenting operational data, deviations, and improvement suggestions
* Participating in improvement efforts to develop processes and increase efficiency
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, technically inclined, and thrives in a production environment where order, responsibility, and team spirit are highly valued. You possess good problem-solving skills and contribute to a safe and efficient production process. You are structured and prefer organization at your workstation. Working according to established standards and following both written and verbal instructions is second nature to you.
**Requirements:**
* Secondary education in industrial technology, electrical and energy, or equivalent
* Experience in industrial production, preferably within process or food industry
* Basic IT skills and understanding of control systems
* Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic English
* Forklift license A1-A4 (preferably also B1)
**Meritorious:**
* Higher vocational education in process technology, operations technology, or automation
* Experience with shift work and technical production systems
* Training in transport

* Permanent employment with a six-month probation period
* Shift work in various forms is included
* A criminal record check will be conducted prior to potential employment
