About the Position
At our pellet factory in Vansbro, we are now seeking an engaged process operator who wants to contribute to sustainable heating across Sweden. You will work with operations, responsible for running and monitoring production in a reliable and efficient manner. You will follow up and perform self-checks to help create high quality and continuous improvements in the process and product. In the role, you will also be responsible for both preventive and urgent maintenance, ongoing supervision, and maintaining contact with external suppliers when needed. There are great opportunities to influence and continue driving development and improvement work in production, so this is the job for you who loves process industry and thrives with significant personal responsibility.
Who are you?
You are a technically interested person who enjoys working with processes. You are also a good team player who enjoys collaboration as much as working independently. You are someone who sees what needs to be done and is accustomed to taking own initiatives. Additionally, we believe you are a quick learner who preferably has experience working with different operational systems. You are not afraid of heights, as work at elevation can occur in our production facility, and if something can be improved, you are the one who comes up with solutions or new ideas. To succeed in the role, it is an advantage if you have:
• Education and/or experience in technology and/or process industry
• Experience with operational monitoring
• Good digital skills and familiarity with various systems
• Qualification training such as ESA electricity, Hot Work, Fall Protection, etc.
• Certifications for wheel loader/forklift
Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
Additional Information
Scope: Full-time. Probationary employment may be applied.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary according to collective agreement.
Commencement: As soon as possible or by agreement.
