Responsibilities • Machine Monitoring and Operation: Control and monitor machines to ensure correct and efficient functioning. • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on machines. • Production and Assembly: Work on the production line assembling, packaging, or processing materials according to instructions. • Quality Control: Check products to ensure they meet requirements and standards. • Logistics and Inventory Management: May include moving materials, packing and preparing deliveries, or managing inventory in a production environment. • Flexibility and Adaptation: As the role is mobile, you are expected to quickly adapt to new routines, work processes, and collaborate with different teams. Qualifications Requirements: • High school education or equivalent • Very good Swedish language skills (spoken and written) • Production experience (preferably in pharmaceutical or food industries) • Flexible with working hours and open to shift work (day, 2-, 3-, 5-shift, and work during major holidays) • Good computer and documentation skills • Characteristics such as collaboration ability, initiative-taking, and attention to detail Beneficial: • Good English language skills (spoken and written) • Experience/knowledge of GMP (good manufacturing practice) • Forklift license A+B1 • Driver's license and access to a car • Technical interest Experience Process Technology Continuous Production Mass Production Manufacturing About the Company Randstad At Randstad, we know that everyone has a place in the job market.
