**About the Position**
As a process operator at Fresenius Kabi, you will be an important part of the production team. You will embody a meticulous, efficient, and highly quality-conscious work approach. In the role of process operator, you will work with various production processes including filling, preparation, and packaging machines. The role also includes conducting regular quality and safety checks. Previous experience in mechanics, a technical interest, or hands-on work will be a significant advantage in this position.
This is a full-time assignment based in Uppsala. Working hours are organized in a 5-shift schedule with weekend operations. It is a consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period and a strong possibility of extension. **Your Responsibilities**
- Documenting manufacturing processes in accordance with the company's operational system.
- Participating in qualification processes and reporting results in test protocols.
- Maintenance, cleaning, and handling of equipment, materials, and facilities according to company guidelines.
A background check will be conducted upon potential employment.
**About You**
We are looking for someone with a technical background or experience in production and process industry. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and holding a forklift license is advantageous. To thrive and succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

**Requirements for the Position:**
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Technical, mechanical, or craft-related experience from previous jobs or education, which is particularly relevant due to the technical complexity of the department.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Completed upper secondary school diploma.
