Ragn-Sells took over ownership and operation of the Häradsudden waste management facility near Norrköping in 2015 and has since built a modern circular economy facility focusing on safe and environmentally sound handling of various types of waste such as ashes, sludge, industrial waste, and contaminated soils. Häradsudden received a new permit in 2022, which provides opportunities to grow with new landfills, larger volumes, and the ability to develop several new treatment techniques.
About the Role
At the facility, fly ash from combined heat and power plants is managed, a residual material that, after treatment, is used to cover landfills. As an operator, you are responsible for controlling, monitoring, and adjusting the mixing process where fly ash is blended with water. The work takes place both outdoors at the process and inside the control room, making the days varied with a combination of practical and monitoring tasks.
When the material is fully processed, you move it within the facility using wheel loaders and dumpers. The role also includes basic maintenance work and keeping the process area clean and orderly, both manually and with various machines and vehicles.
You will also interact with drivers delivering waste to the facility and guide them to ensure fly ash is handled safely and securely.
We are looking for someone with:
• Good Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
• Experience operating larger vehicles, such as agricultural machinery
• B driver's license and access to personal car
• Familiarity with simple repair work and mechanical interest
Meritorious for the position:
• Good experience with loader operation and valid loader certificate
• C driver's license

Conditions
Start: Immediately or by arrangement
Scope: 100% full-time
Working hours: Shift 1 (odd weeks) Monday-Friday 5:30 AM-2 PM, Shift 2 Monday-Thursday 2 PM-12 AM (even weeks). Introduction will take place during daytime 7 AM-4 PM.
Salary: According to collective agreement plus current shift supplements
