About this role
Bioglan is seeking several experienced and quality-conscious process operators for our pharmaceutical manufacturing in Malmö. As part of our production team, you will work in a GMP-controlled environment where precision, responsibility, and collaboration are crucial. About the Position
Your main tasks will primarily consist of:
• Manufacturing and packaging of ointments, creams, and gels.
• Performing continuous process checks.
• Following written procedures and documenting completed work in accordance with cGMP and ISO 13485.
• Participating in deviation investigations, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Has a high school diploma
• Has a background in manufacturing or production
• Has technical interest and willingness to understand production and processes
• Is comfortable working day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Is meticulous and responsible for maintaining the highest quality
• Can take initiative and enjoys working in a group
Merits Include:

Practical Information:
• Permanent full-time employment with a probationary period
• Production has various shift patterns: day shift, 2-shift, flexible hours, and 3-shift. Work schedule may vary based on operational needs
