About this role

We are now seeking a Process Operator who wants to work with us! What You Will Do As a process operator in production, you play a central role in ensuring the quality of our agricultural products. The work is varied and practical, where you are responsible for analyzing and quality assuring products such as seeds, grain, and feed. You work according to laboratory methodology and ensure that analyses meet requirements for delivery time and measurement value quality. Common work tasks include sample preparation (including grinding) and analysis of waste, moisture content, falling number, and crude protein. You also perform visual quality assessments. The laboratory uses techniques such as NIT and NIR. The role also involves close contact with transporters, where you weigh in transports and perform sampling using Rakorafers. What You Need to Succeed and Thrive You have: - Completed high school or work experience with similar tasks - Experience with laboratory work, production, or quality control in food, feed, grain, or similar areas - Insight into the importance of delivering results on time, even during intense periods like harvest - Good interpersonal skills with both customers and suppliers - Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have experience with laboratory analyses, e.g., moisture content, falling number, crude protein, or use of methods like NIT/NIR.
