We make each other better. **Individual and Family Services** The Individual and Family Services department is a division within the social administration, consisting of approximately 200 dedicated employees working to make a difference in people's lives. The department is organized into a central office and six unit areas: the financial support unit, the children and family unit, the foster care and family law unit, the family support unit, the HVB (care homes) unit and team, and the addiction unit. In addition to these units, there are four department-wide operations: the social emergency service, family peace, the safety planning team, and the network team. **Your Responsibilities** We are now seeking a process leader who will drive, coordinate, and develop the work within Individual and Family Services in connection with the new social services act. This role is for you who want to translate visions and goals into concrete change – together with engaged colleagues. As a process leader, you will play a central role in leading and coordinating development work within the department. You will: - Shape activities based on the administration's overall plan and the department's specific needs - Act as a link between strategic and operational work - Lead processes and create participation in development - Work to ensure that the implementation of the new social services act occurs in a sustainable and anchored manner - Support managers and employees in change and improvement work **Who Are You?** We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. You have a good understanding of the social services act and experience working within Individual and Family Services. You are confident in leading change and have the ability to create engagement and participation. You are curious and courageous, willing to challenge established working methods and inspire others to think innovatively. You have a pedagogical approach, are communicative, and enjoy collaborating to achieve common goals. Do you want to help shape the future of social services? Our areas of operation include social services, home healthcare, elderly care, and care for individuals with disabilities throughout Gotland.
