Warmly welcome to SSG Standard Solutions Group! We strengthen Swedish competitiveness, promote innovation, and contribute to a sustainable future by developing and providing industry-leading standards. As Process Leader for Electrical & Instrumentation with us, you will have a key role in developing future standards and further developing our business.
About the Role
As a process/project leader at SSG, you will be responsible for leading, driving, and developing work on our electrical and instrumentation standards in close collaboration with the Electrical Committee and our stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate with companies, authorities, academia, and other organizations to ensure our standards maintain high quality and meet industry needs. The electrical industry is undergoing a green and digital transformation, and you will be a crucial part of ensuring standardization keeps pace with this development.
You will work both strategically and operationally to improve and further develop SSG's operations - both externally and internally - through effective working methods, clear processes, and close collaboration with our networks.
The role also involves:
* Leading and developing SSG's network within the electrical area
* Compiling and processing information from working groups that form the basis for new or updated standards
* Planning, coordinating, and conducting conferences and webinars
* Serving as an advisor and support to external customers in the technical field

Who Are You?
We are seeking someone with experience leading projects and facilitating groups of specialists towards common goals. You thrive in the role of bridging technology and people. You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English.
As a person, you are structured, driven, and unpretentious, with confidence in your professional role. You communicate openly, enjoy collaborating with others, and easily build trustworthy relationships. We appreciate a relationship-building networker who is motivated by understanding customer needs and contributing to business development, while simultaneously having genuine commitment to electrical technology and the industry's future.
