Process Engineer - Mineral Processing Plant

We are seeking a Process Engineer for our concentration plant to support the Concentration Plant Manager, operations, and process engineers in projects and development. You will play a central role in projects involving planning, executing, and following up on work while actively contributing to improvement and safety efforts. Your responsibilities: - Participate in planning operations/process/maintenance to achieve production goals. - Collect, evaluate, and report data for process control and development, including gold accounting. - Drive improvement projects in operations and process, implementing and developing new solutions (safety, operations, technology, process, and personnel). - Be part of the strategic, systematic work to achieve the lowest possible gold content in waste. Technical support for crushing, plant, and tailings facilities. - Laboratory work. - Collaborate with other relevant individuals and departments to achieve the best results. - Actively work to maintain structure, order, and cleanliness in the workplace. Qualifications we seek: - University degree in process/mineral technology or metallurgy, or equivalent documented experience. With 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. - Good understanding of processes and control systems. - Experience in the mining industry is meritorious. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you should be independent, responsible, and have a strong will to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently. At our site, we have the entire mining process from exploration, planning, and extraction to concentration and waste management in the form of tailings facilities.
