Process Engineer, Power and Heat

JOB DESCRIPTION We are now looking for a driven and analytical Process Engineer to join our operations management team. The responsibilities include analytical work to improve both the technical and economic conditions for our district heating/cooling and electricity production, as well as providing support to other areas within the production organization as needed. Växjö Energi AB is currently conducting several future-oriented development projects aimed at achieving maximum environmental, societal, and resource benefits. In your role, you will also lead or participate in one of our development projects. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a Master's degree in engineering or equivalent, with a focus on energy, process, facilities, and/or chemistry, or experience that can be deemed equivalent. You have broad experience in energy or process fields. Experience in leading and successfully executing projects is an advantage. As a person, you are analytical, meticulous, collaborative, and solution-oriented. You have a holistic view based on the organization's mission and goals, where your own drive and initiative allow you to identify opportunities for improvement and develop well-founded recommendations for development. You enjoy working in teams, sharing knowledge, and building effective collaborations within the organization. We place great importance on your personal qualities. They are crucial for you to thrive and make a difference in the role, as you will be part of the operations management team and work closely with our development projects. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English. A valid B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
