Process Manager for our client in Anderstorp
Do you want a responsible and developmental role within the process industry where you can combine technology, quality, and improvement work? We are now seeking a Process Manager for our client's process department in Anderstorp – a role for you who is meticulous, analytical, and wants to contribute to long-term development.
About the role
As a Process Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring stable operations and high quality in the production processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that the processes meet requirements for chemistry, quality, environment, and safety, while continuously working on improvements and optimization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Leading change and improvement initiatives within the processes.
• Ensuring that process changes occur according to established routines and contributing to a uniform implementation of new chemicals.
• Continuously monitoring costs for direct materials and working towards set budget goals.
• Analyzing and working to minimize downtime and reruns through root cause analysis, as well as planning and following up on actions within the production team.
• Performing internal analyses according to the analysis schedule and taking action based on analysis results when necessary.
• Managing the ordering and inventory of chemicals, as well as ensuring that destruction and follow-up occur according to regulatory requirements and established routines.
• Being responsible for water sampling of outgoing water and reporting and following up on results according to the unit's environmental permit.
• Driving the development and maintenance of all processes in consultation with the overall process manager.
• Contributing to high operational reliability and quality throughout the production line through a structured and disciplined approach.
You will receive thorough on-site training from an experienced colleague. Full training is expected to take about 1–1.5 years, making this a long-term and developmental position.

Experience in chemistry, surface treatment, or the process industry is advantageous, but the most important factors are your personal qualities and your willingness to take responsibility and develop.

Meritorious:
• Experience in the process industry and chemical handling
• Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety and environmental legislation
• Experience in surface treatment
• Experience with LEAN/TPM and systematic improvement work
