Rexcell is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Duni AB that manufactures Tissue and Airlaid for table products. The company, with production in Skåpafors, has approximately 200 employees. Duni Group, of which Rexcell is a part, is a market leader in attractive, environmentally friendly, and functional products for table setting and take-away.

About the Role
As a Process & Development Engineer at Rexcell, you will work closely with both internal and external partners - from our global customers to colleagues within Duni Group.
You will report to PC Airlaid and matrix to the Project Manager, and collaborate closely with your engineering colleague to ensure continuity and competence transfer.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
• Your main workplace will be the Airlaid factory and its continuous development to maintain its leading quality and efficiency
• Drive process and product development, including trial runs and product specification development
• Responsible for product inquiries and associated process routines
• Analyze, initiate, and lead improvement work in process, methodology, system support, quality, cost, and resource consumption
• Support lab-related investigations and analyses for customers and internally
• Contribute to specifications, product safety, certifications (e.g., OK Compost), and market intelligence
• Ensure relevant instructions and routines are introduced and maintained
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
• College education in paper technology, chemistry, or equivalent engineering background
• Experience in development and project management
• Ability to combine technical expertise with a structured and analytical approach
• Good collaboration skills and leadership - you are both a team player and an initiator
• Fluent English, both spoken and written (group language)
• Strong computer-based analysis skills
• Ability to work on-site and travel as needed
