About Us
At E.ON, we drive real change. We work to create a safe, fossil-free, and sustainable energy future for people, businesses, and communities. Here, you will encounter a culture characterized by courage, care, and curiosity – where we challenge old ways of working, take responsibility for the whole, and build the future together. The Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is part of Business Transformation and is responsible for governance models, portfolio work, and development processes for the organization’s development portfolio. We are in an exciting phase where we are strengthening structure, clarity, and common working methods, and you will play a central role alongside your five colleagues in the team.
About the Position
As a Process Coordinator, you will have a central and practical role where you contribute to maintaining the development portfolio and creating and ensuring order, structure, and clarity in our workflows. You will work closely with our program and project managers, supporting them with planning, documentation, and communication. You are the link that helps bring things to completion – an important piece of the puzzle in translating strategy into concrete operational work.
In this role, you will:
• Coordinate and produce documentation, planning, and follow-up in the development portfolio, as well as maintain documentation
• Support PMO, project managers, and programs with structure, planning, and practical tasks
• Document, visualize, and improve our processes and working methods
• Create clarity in the information flow between PMO, programs, and other stakeholders
• Communicate changes and contribute to ensuring that development initiatives are implemented correctly
You will work closely with several departments, helping to prepare materials, structure work, and maintain coherence. The role is varied, with a mix of coordination, communication, visualization, and practical support.
Your Experience
To succeed in this role, we see that you have several years of experience in project coordination, project support, portfolio support, or similar roles where you have worked with structure, planning, and documentation. You have preferably worked in a PPM tool such as Antura and enjoy being hands-on when it comes to entering data, creating documentation, and following up on activities. Experience with Excel is an advantage, and you are comfortable using it as a tool to structure and visualize information when needed. You have experience managing your own area of responsibility, are willing to take initiative, and are accustomed to being the one who makes things happen. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and inspires others with their positive energy and can-do attitude. You see changes as opportunities, take initiative with confidence, and are eager to learn new things to develop together with us.
You may have a background in administration, project management, finance, or engineering – but we are open to many different paths to this role. What matters is that you are structured, curious, communicative, and enjoy contributing to order and clarity. You express yourself well in both spoken and written communication and are comfortable working on multiple parallel tasks. Experience in change management or business development is a plus.
What It’s Like to Work with Us
With us, you will meet an engaged team where ideas are welcomed, perspectives are valued, and we are curious about each other's thoughts, fostering close collaboration and plenty of humor. We are in a phase where we are building structures, creating clarity, and challenging old ways of working – and we do it together. We work without pretension and are careful to create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their strengths.
Your manager, Kajsa, leads the team with trust, security, and clear frameworks, providing significant autonomy while offering support when needed. She is present as a sounding board and appreciates employees who take initiative, drive issues forward, and dare to both challenge and create clarity. Humor, care, and an inclusive culture are important aspects of her leadership, and she values that the team has fun together while delivering quality and courage.
At E.ON, we actively work on inclusion – it is crucial for driving the energy transition forward. We want you to feel welcome! We strive to create a safe working
