Lantmännen Biorefineries is now seeking a Process Safety Coordinator who will play a central role in our operational safety work. We are an innovation-driven organization constantly seeking new solutions that lead to a greener future – from field to fork! What You Will Do Biorefineries Norrköping produces biofuel, feed, and food in three different factories at the facility. The raw material we use is grain and food residues that we further refine with high climate performance. As a Process Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating operational safety work on-site, focusing on process safety and work environment issues. You will be a close support to both operations and maintenance organizations. In your role, you will drive and implement activities aimed at ensuring all work at our facility is conducted safely. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new procedures, working with continuous improvements, and training employees. An important focus will be inspiring and involving others in critical safety work and contributing to a strong safety culture. You are expected to create conditions for working uniformly on process safety issues and ensure that we collectively guarantee a good and safe work environment. The position is located at our Norrköping facility, and you will report to Head of Operations Norrköping. You Have: - Academic education relevant to the work environment area or several years of experience in a similar role - Previous experience from similar roles, preferably within process industry - Experience with operational work in industrial operations - Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change - Good knowledge of occupational health and safety laws and regulations - Experience with flammable goods, ATEX directives, Seveso, BAS-P, BAS-U is meritorious - Excellent communication skills You Are: - Structured and responsible - A person with good collaboration skills. You easily create good relationships and share knowledge and information - Results-focused. You work dedicatedly towards set goals.
