As a personal advisor at Ålems Sparbank, you play an important role in the organization by being available and helpful in the customer's personal finance.
The personal advisor's mission is to provide customers with qualified comprehensive advice in areas such as mortgages, savings, pensions, and insurance. We see great value in meeting our customers in person, but it is equally important to assist the bank's customers through digital channels, which is, of course, also part of the role. Our focus is to create value for the customer, something you achieve as a personal advisor by building relationships and suggesting relevant and individualized solutions based on the unique needs of each customer. Digital tools are a natural part of your daily routine to simplify and streamline processes for both yourself and the customers.
About You
We are looking for someone with a strong ambition to develop the bank's retail business in the municipalities where we operate. You should have an easy time building trust in meetings with people, possess self-motivation, planning skills, and structure. You are a team player who supports colleagues when needed and shares your knowledge. For us, it is important to build good and long-lasting relationships with high quality to create satisfied customers and sustainable profitability.
The work requires financial competence and a high social ability. You are an outgoing and solution-oriented person with a passionate interest in finance and customer relationships. You are a good representative of the bank and contribute to achieving the bank's and the retail division's set goals.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in banking advisory, a profession-specific Swedsec license for advisors and mortgages, as well as a university degree in finance.
