Employment begins with a comprehensive introduction where you will gain a holistic view of the operation and the tools you need to perform your work optimally. You will gradually take on more tasks, interspersed with studies for Swedsec licensing, if you do not already have the licenses. The assignment starts with a consultant position via Academic Work, with the ambition that after six months you will be offered a direct employment at Fryksdalens Sparbank, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
