Fryksdalens Sparbank is not an ordinary bank. It is a local and independent savings bank with no shareholders demanding a share of the bank's profits - instead, profits are reinvested in the local area. It is the only bank in the world with headquarters in Sunne and offices in both Torsby and Sysslebäck. Employment begins with a comprehensive introduction where you will gain a holistic view of the operation and the tools you need to perform your work optimally. You will gradually take on more tasks, interspersed with studies for Swedsec licensing, if you do not already have the licenses. The assignment starts with a consultant position via Academic Work, with the ambition that after six months you will be offered a direct employment at Fryksdalens Sparbank, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

WORK TASKS
Work Tasks
* Advisory services in the bank's main areas, such as loans, savings, investments, pensions, and insurance
* Identify needs, challenges, and opportunities in customer finances and handle customer inquiries
* Represent the bank and work towards its best interests

You will be an important ambassador for the bank, and we are therefore seeking someone who, with commitment and professionalism, wants to help strengthen local trust and presence in the area. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who:
- Has completed high school education
- Wants to work in a service-oriented role
- Has good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing, as the position involves extensive communication verbally and in writing
- Holds a B driver's license
It is meritorious if you:
- Have experience working with finance and administration
- Hold Swedsec mortgage and advisor license
