Are you a self-driven problem solver who enjoys practical work and is ready for your next challenge? We are currently seeking two foundry workers for our client in Jönköping. In the role of foundry worker, you will be involved in casting, cleaning, melting, grinding, and quality control. Together with your shift team, you will manage the operations of the foundry, with working hours on shifts, including both day and night shifts. Your main responsibilities as a foundry worker will include: casting, quality control, and process monitoring.
We are looking for someone who has previously worked as a foundry worker or in a heavy industry. Since you will be working in a team, it is important that you have strong collaboration skills and are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish. Furthermore, we expect you to prioritize safety and have a technical interest. As a person, you are self-sufficient and capable of making independent decisions. You are a problem solver and skilled at seeing the bigger picture. You are flexible and able to work physically in a somewhat demanding work environment.
Key requirements for the position include: experience in process monitoring and control systems, a focus on safety, and strong collaboration skills.
To fit into the role of foundry worker, we believe you are driven, meticulous, and flexible. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement for the position. Having a forklift license is an advantage.
