About the Position We at Uniflex in Malmö are now seeking students studying human resources or similar behavioral science programs at college or university with a planned internship period during spring 2026. Uniflex works with staffing and recruitment services for both blue-collar and white-collar workers. You will be part of a work group with a business focus, commitment, positive spirit, and team atmosphere. As an intern, you will be involved in our daily work and participate in the entire recruitment process. You will also have the opportunity to accompany us on client visits and when we meet our employees. Your main tasks will include: - Advertising job postings - Application screening - Telephone interviews - In-depth interviews and reference checking We prefer your internship to be at least 8 weeks long. For the right candidate, there may be a chance of employment after your internship and upon graduation. The internship will be Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Being an intern with us means you'll have the opportunity to learn the entire recruitment process and other HR processes. Who are you?
