About your internship with us
As an intern with us, you will be part of the team in Gothenburg that works with both white-collar and blue-collar employees. You will primarily support the consulting managers in their daily work with a strong focus on recruitment. You will gain significant insight into the entire recruitment process and assist with other matters. Furthermore, you will have extensive contact with candidates, using the phone and computer as your main tools.
Examples of tasks may include:
- Searching for candidates
- Conducting reference checks
- Drafting job advertisements
- Screening applicants
- Conducting phone interviews
- Writing candidate presentations
- Personnel administration
The internship starts in spring 2026 and will continue throughout the semester as agreed. The work is full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, taking into account any school-related work or reports that need to be written.
We view it positively if you can intern with us throughout spring 2026.
About you
We are looking for someone who has started a post-secondary education and is eligible to complete an internship in spring 2026. You may also be eligible for an internship through the Employment Service. We believe you may have previously worked in an administrative role or in service in some capacity, using the phone and computer as tools. In your studies, you may have touched upon HR issues and recruitment and are curious to learn more about it. Additionally, we appreciate an interest in utilizing digital recruitment channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook, and that you are comfortable using both English and Swedish as working languages.
As a person, you are social, unpretentious, and enjoy taking on tasks from low to high levels. You are service-oriented, communicative, and appreciate working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. Furthermore, we see that you have a positive attitude towards challenges, are meticulous and structured, and take responsibility for your own work. Being a competitive person who enjoys engaging in business matters will be key to your success as an intern at Adecco!
Important for the internship:
- You are studying HR or a similar field
- You are eligible to complete an internship, either through your education at a college/university or via the Employment Service
- You are comfortable using Swedish and English as working languages, both spoken and written
- You are social, responsible, and meticulous, and not afraid of challenges
